Overview
This policy explains how TAHIKO LLC handles information when you visit tahiko.co, use the TAHIKO Feedback prototype, or contact us. TAHIKO Feedback is an early prototype under development. The public website does not offer accounts or accept payments.
Notes in the prototype
The public demo starts with fictional sample notes. Notes you enter and the themes you assign are held only in the current page's browser memory. Their contents are not sent to TAHIKO or an AI provider, and the demo does not save them in local storage. Refreshing or resetting the page discards your changes. A text export downloads to your device only when you choose to export; you control what you do with that file.
Planned AI features
Claude-assisted semantic clustering and evidence-linked summaries are planned features, not enabled in this demo. We will update the relevant information before introducing a service that sends note contents to a server or AI provider.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, team details, product feedback, and early-access interest. We use this information to respond, understand feedback about the product, and follow up on the conversation. Email is handled through our email service provider.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process request information and website logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals, to deliver and protect the website. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics software, or application cookies to this website. Hosting and security providers may use their own technical mechanisms to operate and protect the service.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website or communications, or when required by law. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs.
