Who is TAHIKO Feedback for?
SaaS founders and small product teams who need a practical way to connect customer feedback with product priorities.
What can I use today?
The public prototype lets you explore fictional sample notes, filter themes, add and tag your own notes, inspect source quotes, and export a template product brief. It runs in your browser without an account.
Does the demo use AI?
No. Today’s demo uses manual tags and a template brief. We plan to use the Claude API for semantic theme suggestions and evidence-linked summaries, with a person reviewing the result. That integration is not active in the public prototype.
Where does my feedback go?
Notes entered in the demo stay in the current browser page’s memory. They are not sent to TAHIKO or an AI provider. Refreshing the page or resetting the demo clears them. You can download a brief yourself.
Can I get early access to the full product?
We are developing the product and collecting early-access interest by email. Tell us about your team and feedback workflow. There is no paid plan, launch date, or guaranteed access at this stage.
